Would it be possible to be able to do this hourly, and not just daily? I’d like to be able to autodate posts so that they’ll be posted once an hour, not just once a day.

I think it would be cool if this plugin added an option on the actual edit screen, so you’d just click “autodate” and hit publish, and not even need to go into a seperate window of all the drafts. All the submissions on my site are drafts though, so I’d still like to retain that screen as well :)

It is planned for the next version that you will be able to do a number of posts a day.

The button on the edit screen is something that i’ll have to think about. It would require a lot of code for something that is not hard to do manually.

I certainly agree that the edit screen idea isn’t worth it if it depends on a lot of coding. Just as easy to hit “save” instead of publish, and after I have 50 or 60 posts up, just go to the plugin’s page and do the magic from there. Thanks for such a fabulous plug in!

I followed the instructions, and it will post date the entry with the correct timestamp when the time comes, but it doesn’t actually publish the post. Help? Thanks!

This sometimes happens. This is a WordPress thing, the posts will eventually show up.

      Hello,

Would it be possible to select individual posts and set a date for them to be published?

If not, would it be possible to have check boxes next to the posts on the Manage page?

I have a number of unfinished articles/posts and wouldn’t want something that’s not completed to be published. If it was possible to put a check mark next to posts which are ready to be published, those posts could then be added to the queue and published on schedule while incomplete posts would remain unpublished.

      Thanks

There is no point to do doing the set date individually in this plugin, this is already part of WordPress, Just set the date published for the post to a future date and publish. .

The ability to check the posts which you want to publish will hopefully be added to the next release.
