    WP_HeadNFoot is a free WordPress plug-in that help you to simply and easily insert code into the header and footer of a page. Useful for things such as Google Analytics. The changes are theme independent allowing you to update or change the theme without having to remake the changes. You can also use it to add styles to your login page or admin pages for a more consistent look.

    Installation

    • Download the required plug-in.
    • Unzip file if required.
    • Copy to your ‘wp-content/plugins‘ directory.
    • Log in with an administration account.
    • Select the ‘Plugins‘ tab.
    • Scroll down to ‘WP_HeadNFoot’ and click ‘activate‘.

    Options

    Log into WordPress with an Administrator login and select “Settings->HeadNFoot” on the dashboard menu.

    • Header
      • Purpose: Content to be included in the header of the HTML page. This is not in the body of the page so should not be used to display things you with to be visible.
    • Include Header on
      • Purpose: Set Which parts of the site the header will be inserted into, These being the blog, the login page or the admin pages
      • Default: Blog Pages
    • Footer
      • Purpose: Content to be included in the footer of the HTML page. This is in the body of the page so it may be used to display things you with to be visible.
